Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All original tags and accessories must be included
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Lubricants (opened containers)
- Power Equipment with fuel residues
- Any items showing signs of use or wear

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (if return is due to our error)
3. Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) with all original materials and include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to:

4. Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) within 3 business days and notify you of the approval status.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days using your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
